No black boxes, and no big reveal at the very end. You can see where things stand — and sign off on what matters — at each of the four stages.
We pin down the problem, then the plan to fix it.
Walk us through where the day gets stuck. We dig into the people, handoffs, and numbers, map the flow end to end, and put a fixed, itemized quote against it — with nothing locked in until you say go.
Book a first call →You click through it before we build the real thing.
We turn the plan into a clickable prototype you can actually use. Walk the real flows, tell us what feels off, and lock the design together — so production code starts from something you've approved.
See a prototype →You get real, usable software every couple of weeks.
A small senior team ships in short cycles, so every two weeks ends with something you can click through and try — not a status slide. You steer with every release instead of waiting for the end.
How delivery works →It goes live in your name — and stays yours.
We launch into your own accounts and hand over everything: code, infrastructure, and the docs to run it. Keep us on to grow it, or take it fully in-house. Either way, there's no lock-in.

What our clients say
A few words from the people who use what we built — across finance, logistics, healthcare, education and beyond.
We had reporting we didn't trust and clients who knew it. They sorted the data plumbing first — unglamorous work, but it's why the numbers hold up now. Review meetings run twenty minutes shorter and nobody asks where a figure came from anymore.

The first integration pass missed our ERP's quirks and cost us a month. To their credit, they owned it — two of their people basically lived at our plant for a week — and the retry has held for a year. The dashboards are boring now, which is the point.

Month-end close went from nine days to four. The auditors noticed before we told anyone. My staff stopped dreading the first week of the month, and honestly, so did I.

I'll tell you what sold us. We're a twelve-person shop; one of the big platforms quoted us more zeros than our annual budget, and a board member's son 'builds apps,' so you can imagine. They scoped a phase one we could actually afford, had intake live in six weeks, and when our credit committee turned out to be weirder than anyone admitted, they adapted instead of lecturing us. Loans that used to sit for days clear same-day now.

We're cautious about anything touching patient data, and the rollout felt slow — that was us, not them; every form went through compliance twice. But the outcome registries finally match the charts, and when leadership asks for evidence, it's one export instead of three weekends.

Our previous patient app lasted six months before everyone gave up on it. This one patients open without being nagged — scheduling, messages, refills. Even the holdout physicians came around once telehealth visits started.

Foremen don't update software — except this one, and daily. Took a season and one crew chief nearly throwing his tablet in the river, but now the hours and the site photos are just there. I stopped chasing people for updates.

Billing just works — dunning, pauses, address edits, all the unsexy stuff that used to eat my Fridays. We ignore the curation analytics, honestly, but churn and MRR finally match reality and finance stopped opening tickets.

Onboarding a vendor used to be a two-week game of email tennis. It's an afternoon now. And when a seller stalls, I can see exactly where — instead of guessing.

I'll be honest — we use maybe half the modules. But the scheduling view alone changed our mornings, no-shows dropped once reminders went automatic, and billing disputes stopped once records went digital.

Lawyers adopt nothing; the firm was skeptical. But matters, deadlines, and billing live in one place now, and nothing gets billed late because it was 'in someone's inbox.' The partner who resisted longest now demos it to colleagues.

Faculty don't trust IT promises, and after our last vendor I understood why. They ran a pilot with two teachers instead of promising the moon — by spring the holdouts were asking for course migrations. The accessibility audit passed first time. Nobody expected that, me included.

Accounts used to be scattered across email, chat, and whatever spreadsheet was fashionable that month. Now there's one thread per client and handoffs are visible — QBR prep went from an afternoon to half an hour. The team grumbled about one-more-tool; adoption settled that by week three.

The brief was convert, personalize, scale. Black Friday was the real test — biggest day in company history, zero fire drills. The recommendation engine pays for itself, the integrations quietly hold, and I can measure lift without begging anyone for data.

Expiration audits used to eat a full weekend twice a year; now they're an afternoon report. When the inspector asked for lot-level history, it was one export instead of three people panicking. Dispensing pace never changed — that mattered to us.

FAQ
Straight answers on pricing, timelines, ownership, and what it's actually like to work with CYBERCUBE.
It depends on what you're building, so there's no single sticker price. Scoping is free — you get the plan, a clickable prototype and a fixed quote at no cost, and only pay once you approve the build. From there the first version is a fixed price, agreed before any production code is written, with no hourly meters or open-ended bills, paid in stages. Tell us the problem on a first call and we'll put real figures against it.
No. Each project is a fixed scope at a fixed price, so the only thing you ever commit to is the piece of work in front of you. Once it's delivered, you're done — line up another project if it's useful, or don't. There's no rolling contract to get out of.
Normally a couple of weeks after we first speak. Scoping starts the moment your team is lined up, and you'll be clicking around a prototype inside the opening weeks — no long wait while something takes shape out of sight.
You don't, and most people can't yet. Come with the pain point, the process that keeps falling over, or the rough idea — turning that into a concrete scope and a sensible first version is exactly what the scoping stage is for. Turn up with a full spec and that's welcome too; we'll still poke holes in it first.
Writing code really is quicker with AI, and we use it constantly. What it hasn't taken over is working out what's worth building, shaping how it should behave, testing it until it holds, and standing behind the result. That judgement is where projects are won or lost — and it's the actual reason to bring in a senior team.
A small senior team — and the people who scope your project are the people who build it. You work directly with experienced engineers and designers, not account managers or juniors, and the same faces stay with you from the first call through to launch.
For most people, an hour or two — typically a single weekly call to look over what's shipped and settle the calls only you can make. You get a software team on tap without the job of running one.
The scoping stage — and it's free. We dig into who uses it, where the workflow breaks and what success looks like, settle on the first version worth building, then turn that into a clickable prototype you can try and approve. Only then does real development begin, on something you've already seen working and signed off.
As hands-on as you like — just never as the project manager. Every sprint puts working software in front of you, shows what's done and what's next, and leaves the direction to you. The rest is ours to carry.
Within the agreed scope, we build in short cycles, so small course-corrections are easy to absorb. Anything bigger becomes a quick re-scope — we re-quote just the difference, so the price stays fixed and known rather than creeping. And because the prototype comes first, most of the big rethinks surface early, while they're cheap to make.
Your call, and nothing's bundled in that you didn't ask for. Take it fully in-house with complete documentation and a clean handover, pick up an optional care plan for updates and fixes, or simply come back with the next fixed-scope project when you need one.
You do, from the first commit. The code, the design work and the IP are yours the whole way through. Nothing is held back pending a final invoice and nothing changes hands at the end — it was never ours to hold.
In your own repositories and cloud accounts — never parked in ours. We build inside your environment from day one, so the keys and the full history stay with you throughout.
Easily. We stick to mainstream, well-supported technology, document as we go, and keep it all in your repos — so your own engineers or a different partner can take over without a fight. We're glad to run the handover if that helps.
We'll sign your NDA before scoping starts, work within your access controls and security rules, and are comfortable filling in the vendor and security questionnaires bigger organizations send over. Have particular compliance requirements? Raise them on the first call and we'll give you a straight yes or no.
Nearly always. Most of what we build has to talk to tools you already depend on — your CRM, your finance system, your data, your internal apps — and building inside existing infrastructure, often next to your own engineers, is routine for us.
You walk away with the lot. The code and IP are already yours, already sitting in your repos and cloud, so there's nothing to claw back. We hand over cleanly, write down what matters, and you carry on with your own people or whoever you choose. Nobody's held hostage.
Tell us what you're trying to fix or build. We'll reply within one business day — no pressure, no sales script.
